Residential Foundation Repair Design Details
Service Includes:
- Engineered solution to shore and underpin deflecting home foundations
- Plans specifying underpinning pier placement and lift targets
- Engineer’s repair budget estimate
- Specification of minimum scope of work for contractors
- Review of contractor’s repair bids and contractor recommendations
Service Does Not Include:
- Approval or stamping of repair contractor’s plans. We’re legally and ethically obligated to only approve and stamp repair plans we design.
Requirements
- One of our Foundation Inspections within previous six (6) months from design time.

Residential Services
Service Includes:
- Cover letter stamped by P.E. explaining work done and if house passes or fails to meet engineering guidelines.
- Recommendations to improve foundation performance
- Photo documentation with notes about visual damage indicating foundation movement to interior and exterior of home.
- Elevation drawing that shows the deflected shape of foundation surface.
- If requested and necessary, foundation repair contractor recommendations.
- Customer consultation regarding work performed. Please call us if you have any questions!
Service Does Not Include:
- Underpinning designs showing pier placement and lifting targets, this is offered as a separate service.
